By downloading, installing, or using Fathom Pulse ("the app"), you agree to these terms.
Fathom Pulse is a load-testing and API-health-monitoring tool. It sends real HTTP requests, at concurrency levels you (or a preset) choose, to the URLs defined in the Postman collections you import.
You are solely responsible for the targets you configure, the load levels you choose, and any consequences of running a test - including any cost, rate-limiting, or downtime it causes on the target system. We have no visibility into what you test and cannot warn you if a target isn't yours to test.
The app is provided "as is". We don't guarantee it's free of bugs, that its load-test results are perfectly accurate, or that it's fit for any particular purpose (including production capacity planning). Use its results as one signal among others, not as the sole basis for a critical decision.
Some features are limited on the free tier and unlocked with a Pro subscription, billed and managed through Google Play - see the pricing page for what's included in each. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled through Google Play; refunds are handled per Google Play's own policies, not by us directly.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app - including damages to a target system you tested, data loss, or lost business - whether direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential.
We may update these terms as the app changes. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
