By downloading, installing, or using Fathom Pulse ("the app"), you agree to these terms.

1. Acceptable use

Use the app lawfully, and only with systems and services you own or are authorized to use. Using it against a third party's system without permission may be illegal in your jurisdiction and is strictly against these terms.

You are solely responsible for how you use the app and for any consequences. We have no visibility into how you use the app.

2. No warranty

The app is provided "as is". We don't guarantee that it's free of bugs, that it's accurate, or that it's fit for any particular purpose.

3. Subscriptions

Some features require a paid subscription, billed and managed by Google Play or the App Store. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled in your store account settings. Refunds are handled under the store's own policies.

4. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app - including data loss or lost business - whether direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential.

5. Changes

We may update these terms as the app changes. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
