Privacy Policy

Fathom Pulse ("the app", "we") is developed by Steadyline Labs. This policy explains what data the app handles and how the third-party services it uses handle data on our behalf.

1. Data stored on your device

Everything you create or import in the app is stored locally on your device and is never sent to us. Uninstalling the app deletes it. Your device's own backup feature, if you have it turned on, may include this data in your personal account; that is handled by your device's platform, not by us.

2. Permissions

The app asks only for the permissions it needs, and asks before using any optional ones. It does not request location, contacts, camera, microphone or photo access.

3. Third-party services

• Advertising (Google AdMob): the app may show ads, but not during the first days after you install it, and full-screen ads are off unless we turn them on. Test builds and our own development devices never request ads. AdMob may collect device identifiers (such as the advertising ID), IP address and general device information to serve and measure ads. Where required (for example in the EEA and the UK), Google's consent form appears before any ad is requested, and you can review or change your choice later in the app's settings. • Analytics and crash reports (Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics): basic usage and crash information to find problems and improve the app. Usage analytics is switched on only for real users; test builds and our own development devices send none. It is not linked to your identity and never includes what you create in the app.
• Remote configuration (Firebase Remote Config): lets us adjust some app settings without an update. It uses an anonymous installation identifier.
• Payments (Google Play, App Store): subscriptions, if any, are billed and managed by the store. We never see your payment details; we only learn which subscription is active.
• Optional integrations: if you connect a third-party service yourself, the app sends it only what you choose, directly from your device.

These services process data under their own policies, including Google's Privacy Policy and Apple's Privacy Policy.

4. What we don't do

• We don't require an account, login or any personal identifier.
• We don't sell or share your data.

5. Children's privacy

The app is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from children under 13 (or the relevant age in your region).

6. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated policy.
